We are a licensed Retired Military grocery delivery service offering personal service to North Captiva Island, Pine Island and USEPPA Island. We personally shop for all of the orders we receive. We are a mom and pop company that enjoys what we do and have been professionally shopping for over nine years. We have different services that help you in any way. We shop initial orders at Publix, midweek stores include Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreen's, Sam's Club, Target, Home Depot, and Lowes just to name a few. If a store is not on the list, send us a message and we will respond to see if we can shop it for you.
What sets us apart from the other services is that we do all of the shopping ourselves and can stock most of the homes before you arrive (if allowed by the owner which saves you time to enjoy the island). THERE IS NEVER AN UPCHARGE ON ITEMS (including food and alcohol) AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AN APP which most charges a platform fee (that is an upcharge just worded differently. If it charges you more money than the store shelf price or order total, than that's an upcharge). During the shop, we are in constant contact with our customers for any substitutions that might arise unless you allow us to substitute to the best of our ability. If you have dietary needs (gluten free, nut allergy, dairy free) we go out of our way to find the items that you need. If taking North Captiva Island Club ferry, Island Girl Ferry or private charter we will have your groceries boat packed and delivered before your departure time (if not having the rental stocked). Our service fee is 25% flat rate with no minimum and no hidden fees for dropping off at the ferry or private charter. If you prefer to have your rental stocked before you arrive, that stocking fee is at 40% over the cost of the groceries. We can get almost anything you need. If alcohol or tobacco are involved we will need a non-expired government issued ID either texted or emailed to us for age verification. The person who sends the I.D. must be the one picking up the order. Packing the items for a ferry delivery takes extra time and effort. We prefer Venmo, Zelle but take other pay apps. We prefer not to use credit cards because we really don’t want your credit card information and there is a 4.5% processing fee that will be applied to your bill, We do have a couple different options to receive your order request, just email us and we will be happy to discuss the different options available. We take payment once we complete your order and before delivery. If using a credit card we will make arrangements about payment, so just email us about credit card payments. We also include all register receipts to show that nothing else was charged. We hope this information helps you, feel free to text or email with any and all questions. This is an Actual order. You shouldn't have to download an app to order groceries that will charge you a percentage fee on top of your order.
We also offer mid-week restocks and orders. We would like at least a 24 hour notice for the mid-week restock orders and can sometimes have it to you the same day (if time allows). All orders will be delivered to Island Girl Charters or North Captiva Island Club where they will take them to the island and you would have to pick it up at their unloading docks. There is a fee from the ferry service (all ferry services charge a fee). You will have to call Island Girl Charters or NCIC to make arrangements before we can deliver the order so that they can make sure they have room on the ferry. We can also pay for the ferry charge and add it to your total. If they do not answer please leave them a message (they will get back to you) they are very busy as well.
